Log Harvesting and Preparation: Mature pine trees are harvested sustainably, adhering to forestry management practices.
Drying: The raw pine lumber pieces are dried using either natural air-drying or industrial kiln-drying techniques.
Defect Removal and Sorting: After drying, the pine lumber pieces are carefully inspected. Defects such as large knots, cracks, rot, or discoloration are removed.
